It’s been an amazing experience. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and well-ventilated, which is something I really appreciate. The food is hygienic and tastes great, with consistent quality. The location is super convenient, with everything from grocery stores to public transport nearby and very near to main road just 100m. The Wi-Fi speed is good.The management is friendly and homely, which makes the stay even more hassle-free. The security here is also very reassuring, with CCTV cameras and restricted access ensuring everyone feels safe. It’s a peaceful and positive environment, perfect for both working employees and students. Overall, it’s been a great place to stay, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable PG. Definitely worth it.

I had a very pleasant stay at this PG and my overall experience was excellent. It is a safe and well-managed women and men co-living space, which made living here comfortable and worry-free. Security is taken seriously, creating a secure environment for everyone. The food provided is good, hygienic, and consistently satisfying. Parking facilities are available and well maintained, which is very convenient. The management is super supportive, approachable, and always quick to resolve any issues. They genuinely care about the residents’ comfort and well-being. Overall, it’s a reliable, safe, and well-organized co-living space that I would definitely recommend.

Last month I stayed at Avacado living spaces for 45 days as I had surgery and needed a comfortable place during my recovery.
My experience was excellent. The staff is very, very nice and always helpful. The person in charge of the building is extremely humble and cooperative. The cleaning staff are very generous and loyal to their work. They clean the room in detail after every second day, which I really appreciated.
The food is good, and the overall environment is comfortable and supportive. I truly loved the behavior of everyone there.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a safe and well-managed PG.

Even though my office is quite far from here, I still choose to stay because of all these positives—the comfort, the food, and the great management make it totally worth it.

I had been in this PG since last 2 months it gave me a great experience staying here at Hafeezpet! The rooms are clean and regularly maintained.
Food is hygienic and tastes like home – which is a big plus for anyone staying away from family.
The environment is safe, peaceful, and ideal for students or working professionals. No water problem, 24/7 hot and filter water is available.
I especially appreciate the friendly atmosphere It’s a great place to stay if you're looking for comfort, safety, and value for money.

Avocado Co Living PG, Hafeezpet is one of the best PGs in Hyderabad. The location is excellent, with easy access to offices, transport, and daily necessities. The environment is very friendly and feels safe and comfortable, just like home. The food quality is outstanding—easily some of the best PG food in Hyderabad, with good taste and hygiene. Avocado Livings is one of the best PGs in the area. Clean rooms, attached bathrooms with geysers, daily cleaning, and good Wi-Fi on every floor. The food is homemade style and served 3 times a day, which makes it feel like home.

I had a great stay at this hostel and I am very impressed with the management. The hostel is well maintained, the food quality is excellent, and it truly feels like home.
Earlier, under the previous management, I had planned to shift to another hostel. However, after Vijay Anna and Jay Anna took over the management, the complete development and discipline changed my mind.
Jay Anna is actively involved with the hostellers—he regularly takes feedback for continuous improvement and also spends time with us playing Thambola, Dumb Shell Arts, and other activities, which creates a friendly and homely atmosphere. We celebrated New Year and several festivals together, and during festivals special and varied food was prepared as instructed by the management.
Special thanks to Chef Madhu for serving delicious North and South Indian food. Extra care is taken to ensure sufficient food for everyone, and refined sunflower oil is used for cooking.
Women’s safety is given top priority, which is highly appreciable. I also deeply respect Vijay Anna for serving the nation—because the nation’s duty always comes first.

This is a newly constructed PG. The food is really good. The staffs are friendly. Being a co-living PG, the safety for girls, is first class. They are very particular about safety and security for everyone. They clean the rooms frequently, and they give attention to the needs of the residents and rectify it then and there. Highly recommend this to all.

I recently switched to this pg. It’s really a good PG for working professionals and also couples. Luxury rooms, wifi connections, south indian food, CCTV, 24/7 water service, daily room cleaning, every floor has individual fridge. Lift facility is there since this PG has 7 floors. The manager and the pg mates are sp friendly. I would suggest to everyone.

One of the best pg I have ever encountered in this entire area. The onwer (Jay Simha Naidu) is quite friendly and understanding. They respect privacy. They very well focus on hygeine and cleanliness. FOOD is awesome especially for North people.....
I would recommend everyone to encounter this one and have the best and the most comfortable stay....

Hi all I'm chaitanya. I'm having a very close experience with all in this pg and mainly woners gave very much freedom to everyone and they are very friendly with all and food is too delicious. Coming to maintainance they gave very strict orders to the staf and if having any issues regarding to the pg they are resolving ASAP.
