I had a wonderful stay at this PG. The owners are extremely friendly, humble, and always make you feel welcome. The rooms are well maintained, and the overall environment is comfortable and pleasant. The food is excellent, with tasty, home-style meals served every day. What impressed me the most was how quickly the owners responded to any issues or requests—they were always available and resolved everything immediately. Last month I stayed at Avacado living spaces for 45 days as I had surgery and needed a comfortable place during my recovery. My experience was excellent. The staff is very, very nice and always helpful. The person in charge of the building is extremely humble and cooperative. The cleaning staff are very generous and loyal to their work. They clean the room in detail after every second day, which I really appreciated. The food is good, and the overall environment is comfortable and supportive. I had been in this PG since last 2 months it gave me a great experience staying here at Hafeezpet! The rooms are clean and regularly maintained. Food is hygienic and tastes like home – which is a big plus for anyone staying away from family. The environment is safe, peaceful, and ideal for students or working professionals. Avocado Livings is one of the best PGs in the area. Clean rooms, attached bathrooms with geysers, daily cleaning, and good Wi-Fi on every floor. I recently switched to this pg. It’s really a good PG for working professionals and also couples. Luxury rooms, wifi connections, south indian food, CCTV, 24/7 water service, daily room cleaning, every floor has individual fridge. Lift facility is there since this PG has 7 floors. The manager and the pg mates are sp friendly. I would suggest to everyone. ~ Ambarish K

This is a newly constructed PG. The food is really good. The staffs are friendly. Being a co-living PG, the safety for girls, is first class. They are very particular about safety and security for everyone. They clean the rooms frequently, and they give attention to the needs of the residents and rectify it then and there. It is the best PG and Coliving space in Kondapur/Hafeezpet! The rooms are clean, spacious and well maintained. Food is hygienic and feels like homely food. Honestly one of the best hostels I've stayed in. The rooms are super clean and the food is outstanding! The Wi-Fi is blazing fast, which is rare. If you have a bike, the parking space is perfect.
